FRANCES A. GARVEY

Chairperson

Frances is a life-long member of The Philadelphia Cricket Club and has been active in golf, swimming paddle and most recently, squash. Currently serving on the Executive Committee as Vice President – St. Martins, Fran is the current Co-Chair of the Long-Range Planning Committee, former member of the Finance Committee and former Chair of the Pool Committee. She also served on the initial St. Martins project committee and was a member of the Land Use Committee, providing market research in support of the Militia Hill golf course project. Fran’s professional career involved conducting market and financial feasibility analyses for real estate development projects throughout the East Coast. She worked for the international accounting firms Laventhol & Horwath and Pannell, Kerr, Forster. Subsequently, Fran had her own consulting practice.
